Before booking or using the tennis court, please read these Rules and Regulations. Persons making reservations and users of the tennis court are required to comply with the provisions of these Rules and Regulations.
The court is open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
During the use of the court, you should be guided by the widely understood culture and ethics of tennis.
While on the tennis court, the following is strictly prohibited:
consumption of alcohol,
presence of intoxicated persons,
smoking
use of vulgar words,
animals.
The tennis court may be used only by healthy persons with no contraindications to physical exertion. In case of doubt, consult a doctor.
Persons using the facility are required to have tennis shoes with soles suitable for playing on ground courts (smooth tread, without sharp edges).
The Tennis Court Supervisor is a person acting on behalf of the Hotel Szczawnica Park Resort & Spa*****, who is responsible for enforcing compliance with these Rules and Regulations.
One hour of court rental means 50 minutes of play and 10 minutes for netting the court. The court should be handed off to the next user in a neat and prepared manner.
Technical hour is the time during which the court is closed, in order to carry out maintenance. Users are informed of the designation of the technical hour before using the court.
Reservations of the court are accepted by phone at +48 18 540 59 69, or directly at the Hotel Reception.
In case of telephone reservations, the Hotel is entitled to send the Rules and Regulations to the person making the reservation via e-mail indicated.
The fee for the use of the court must be paid before the start of use. In the event that there are other people interested in using the court and the fee has not been paid at the Hotel Reception, the the reservation will be forfeited.
Before entering the court, the proof of payment or the pass must be presented to the Tennis Court Supervisor each time.
The Tennis Court Supervisor is not authorized to charge the court fee.
A person holding a reservation, is required to report the cancellation no later than 24 hours before the start of the reserved time, to the Reception of Hotel Szczawnica Park Resort & Spa ***** in person or by phone at +48 18 540 59 69. In case of failure to cancel the reservation and not using the court, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the person making the reservation a fee of 80% of the value of the rental of the court.
A delay in the use of the court resulting from a late arrival by the customer does not relieve the customer from the obligation to obligation to make payment for the entire time of the court reservation.
Failure to comply with the requirements for the use of the court set forth in these Rules and Regulations shall entitle the Hotel, including the Tennis Court Supervisor, to refuse to allow the user to use the court.
Persons who destroy or damage the facility equipment and rented equipment (tennis racquets, balls) will be obliged to repair the damage to the Hotel in accordance with the provisions of the law.
In matters not covered by these Rules and Regulations shall apply the provisions of the Hotel Regulations and provisions of Polish law.
Complaints shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Hotel Terms and Conditions.
